Ensure Your Deck is Ready For Aesir Deck Ltd Visit
BEFORE INSTALL DAY
One of our professionals will arrange a time to meet and discuss any and all your deck + railing needs.
On this day, our professionals will measure your deck, assess for any necessary repairs, discuss colour and other design options.
Before the day of install, we ask you to remove all objects from your deck area and clear a path for our professionals to bring our tools and material in safely.
If you require assistance with removing heavy objects from your deck, please be sure to let a representative know ahead of time.
DAY OF INSTALL
Please provide our professionals space to work on your project.
During the job, you may find mess from deck repairs or construction such as sawdust, glue, or pieces of construction material,
rest assured our team will clean up before the job is complete.
We ask you to stay off the deck while our professionals complete the install. This is primarily a safety concern as railing may be removed or repairs may be taking place.
Once our professionals have completed the job, you may immediately walk on and place items on your new deck.
We ask to have access to the breaker panel, or someone to be home that may access it, while we work as just in case any breakers are tripped.
AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETE
Once our professionals have completed the job, you may immediately walk on and place items on your new deck.
Occasionally you may see bubbles in the vinyl (most commonly in early spring/ late fall) this is common. Bubbles typically dissipate on their own within 48 hours.
Please call us immediately if you have any concerns, one of our professionals will be happy to come take a look or otherwise advise how to proceed.

YOUR NEW DECK MAINTENANCE
Vinyl is an extremely low maintenance decking option.
To maximize your new vinyl deck, please follow these quick + easy steps.
- Clean your deck two to four times a year. This is best done with a hose and mild soap. For any marks or stains, use a stiff bristle brush in a circular motion (common dish soaps work well).
- Do an annual inspection. During this inspection, check for any scuffs or excessive wear. Use non-rubber backed mats in high traffic areas.
- Never let vegetation such as leaves lay on your deck for too long. These stains can be difficult to remove.
